Rotating Your Profile Photo

If the photo you uploaded to your profile page is rotated the wrong way, you will need to open the photo on your computer in an image-editing program, rotate it the right way, save it, and then re-upload it to DigitalScrapbook.com. The problem is that photos which may look like they are rotated correctly when viewed in file explorer on your computer may not actually be saved that way: rotating an image in file explorer will change how the photo shows up there, but it will not truly rotate the photo, which is why you need to rotate and save the photo using a program like Photoshop or MS Paint.

Steps to fix:
  1. Open your chosen photo on your computer in a photo editing program, such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, MS Paint, etc. (Most Windows computers have MS Paint installed.)
  2. Rotate the photo to the correct orientation from within the image-editing program.
  3. Save the photo using the image-editing program.
  4. Go to your DigitalScrapbook.com profile page, delete your current profile photo, and upload the newly-rotated photo.
