Notifications for @username mentions in forum posts, comments
Users would get notifications if someone mentions their @username in a forum post or comment (including gallery comments, etc.)

This would be great...especially if...they have a priority setting...or a 2nd notification distinction.
ie you could easily tell the difference between the @username notification and the notifications that we are getting now for forum threads that we already have commented on.
Could we get notifications ALSO for the @username mentions in Gallery area? Please?
