Unlimited downloading privileges removed immediately upon subscription cancellation

If you cancel your unlimited downloads subscription, you should continue to receive unlimited downloading privileges until the end of the current monthly payment term (for instance, if you paid for your subscription on January 10th, and cancel on January 20th, you should continue to receive unlimited downloads until February 10th--a month from when you first paid).

If for some reason your unlimited downloading privileges were removed immediately when you cancelled your subscription, instead of at the end of the term, contact us and we will make sure to get everything sorted out, and give you some extra unlimited downloading time to make up for the mistake.
