If you're wondering how you are allowed to use the graphics, templates, and kits that you download from DigitalScrapbook.com, please take a look at our terms of use (TOU) at https://www.digitalscrapbook.com/tou . These terms of use are the binding terms of use for anything and everything downloaded from DigitalScrapbook.com: all graphics, kits, and bundles. We do not have separate terms of use for separate items.

Note that you may occasionally find a TOU text file included in a zip file that contradicts our site-wide TOU, and was mistakenly included by one of our designers. If so, please report the item via our contact form so that we can remove the incorrect TOU from the downloaded file. You are not bound by any TOU document contained in a downloaded file which contradicts our site-wide TOU found at https://www.digitalscrapbook.com/tou .
